Zip Pay makes shopping easy and hassle-free with no upfront payments and flexible repayment options.

Repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments. Choose what works best for you.

To be eligible to apply for Zip Pay you must meet the below criteria:

• You're at least 18 years old.
• An Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have a verified PayPal or online banking account in your own name.
• Have a good credit history.
• Have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport
• Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.

With Zip Pay monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date.

For Zip Pay, one late payment fee will be levied. A customer will be charged an additional late fee where they have caught up on all repayments and then miss another repayment at a later date.

If you'd like a refund on a purchase you made using Zip as your payment method, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly, and follow their normal process.

If you return goods to a retailer and they agree to provide a refund, your refund amount will be credited to the Zip account you used to make the purchase. Refunds on purchases can take up to 14 business days to process however the exact timeframe is dictated by the retailer you purchased with.

When the refund is applied to your Zip account, it will help reduce any owing balance; or, if you have no owing balance at the time, the refund will place your Zip account in credit. If this occurs, you're welcome to leave the additional funds in the account as a credit to use for your next purchase, or you can contact us for a refund to your nominated bank account.

Please note: When a refund is applied to your account, the refund amount will not include any fees you may have been charged while paying off your purchase (e.g. monthly account fees or late fees).

Repayments start from just $40 a month and are based on your account’s credit limit. Simply choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and pay any amount you like as long as you meet the monthly minimum for your account (outlined in your contract).

Every Zip Money purchase comes with an interest free period. Pay off your purchase within this period and you won’t pay any interest. After this period, a standard interest rate of {InterestRate} will apply to any remaining balance.

You can also make additional payments at any time, and there are no penalties for paying off your purchase early. Finally, if there’s nothing owing on your account, there’s nothing to pay and no fees. Your account simply remains active until you’re ready to make a purchase.

To be eligible to apply for a Zip Money account, you need to:

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be employed in some capacity, earning more than $300 per week
• Have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency

We’ll then apply our lending criteria to each application.

Every Zip Money purchase comes with a minimum of 3 month interest free period with some retailers offering up to 60 months interest free. After the interest free period, a standard interest rate of {InterestRate} p.a. applies.

There may be a one-off set-up fee depending on your account limit, which we’ll add this to your balance so there’s nothing to pay upfront. There’s a {MonthlyFee} monthly account fee, which is waived if your closing balance is paid by the due date. No balance no fee

Finally, we may charge a $15 late payment fee if you don’t meet the monthly minimum, and a $5 bank dishonour fee if your scheduled payment was rejected or dishonoured by your bank. That’s it.
