What qualifies for price match guarantee?
Identical Products
We price match with the valid and verifiable prices for identical products only.
Authorised Retailers
We only price match authorised retailers and recognised competitors in Australia.
Timeframe
We accept requests received before order placement or within 3 days of purchase from us.

At VetSupply, we are committed to offering competitive prices. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you get the best value for your purchase. If you find a lower price for an identical product at a qualifying competitor, we will match that price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria for Price Match

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

    Identical Product: The product should be of the same brand, manufacturer, quantity, pack size, colour code, flavour, country of origin/ shipping and should not be close to its expiry date.

    Authorised Retailers: We only match prices from authorised retailers or recognised competitors. This excludes third-party sellers on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other marketplace.

  • -

    Verifiable Prices: The lower price must be visible publicly and verifiable by VetSupply at the time of the request.

  • -

    Valid Prices: The price must be in the Australian currency and include applicable shipping costs, taxes, or other fees.

  • -

    Number of items: The price match will be valid only for one item per purchase per customer per month and will not be applicable for any future purchase.

  • -

    Timeframe: Price match requests must be submitted before placing the order or within 3 days of your purchase from VetSupply.

Exclusions for Price Match

We reserve the right not to match prices in the following cases:

  • -

    Limited-Time Offers: Prices from clearance sales, closeouts, liquidation sales, flash sales, or limited-time promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other holiday/event-based discounts are excluded.

  • -

    Membership/Club Pricing: Prices from wholesale clubs or membership-based pricing are not eligible.

  • -

    Auction or Marketplace Sellers: Prices from auction websites or third-party sellers on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Woolsworths, Catch, Everyday Market, Facebook Marketplace, etc. are excluded.

  • -

    Coupons, Rebates, or Discounts: Offers involving coupon codes, rebates, or any financing offers are not eligible for a price match.

  • -

    Out-of-stock Items: We do not match prices for items that are out of stock or unavailable from the competitor at the time of the request. The products must be in stock and available for sale by both the competitor and VetSupply at the time of quoting (i.e., no backorders or rainchecks).

    Errors: We cannot match prices that are a result of a competitor’s advertising error, pricing mistakes, or misprints.

  • -

    Customised or Special Orders: We do not match prices for items that are custom-built or made to order.

  • -

    Bundled Offers: Prices for bundles, free gifts with purchase, or buy one, get one promotions are not eligible.

  • -

    Geographical Restrictions: Prices from competitors located outside of Australia or outside our service area may not qualify.

  • -

    Auto-delivery/Repeat Delivery: The price match will not be applicable in case of auto delivery or repeat orders.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact our customer service team at 1300 838 787 or drop an email at [email protected] with the following information:

    Your VetSupply customer ID number.

  • -

    A valid and current quote from the competitor showing the lower price for the identical product.

  • -

    Any additional details necessary for us to verify the price match request.

The price match will be applicable only if the conditions match in all possible ways. Our customer service team will aim to accept your price match request within 24 hours. However, in busy periods, it may take longer.

If the price match request is made after placing the order, you will get a refund or points for your purchase. If the difference amount is more than $2, it will be refunded to your original payment source, and if it is less than $2, the amount will be credited to your VetSupply account.

Additional Terms

VetSupply reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without any prior notice. We also reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and to decline any request that we cannot reasonably match or verify. We may choose, at our discretion, not to apply the Price Match Guarantee to some products.

How does your price match guarantee work?

If you find a lower price for an identical and qualifying product at a competitor, we will match it for you. You can simply contact our customer service team with the proof of a lower price. Check our Price Match Terms & Conditions for exclusions and eligibility, or call us for more details.

Will you match prices with any website or store?

We match prices only from authorised retailers or recognised competitors. This excludes third-party sellers on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Woolsworths, Catch, Everyday Market, etc.

Does your price match guarantee apply to orders placed already?

Yes. You can request a price match within 3 days of your purchase from us. For price match requests that are made after placing the order, we will refund the difference amount.

Does an item need to be in stock for price matching?

Yes, an item needs to be in stock at the competitor for it to qualify for the price match. We will not be able to price match for out-of-stock items or in cases where the proof of price is not available.

How often can I request a price match?

You can only price match one item per purchase per month. The verified price match will be applicable for only once and will not be valid for any future purchase.
