1: What is Auto Delivery?
Auto Delivery is a quick and convenient way of ensuring that you never run out of pet supplies. Auto Delivery allows you to create a recurring order, which means that you do not have to reorder every few months. You just place one order and then choose how often you want that order to be delivered, the delivery address and the mode of payment. The order will be automatically delivered to your doorstep on the schedule you choose.
2: When will you bill me for the auto delivery?
You will receive an email notification 3 days before your auto shipment is scheduled to be processed. If you would like to make any changes to your order, you may contact us during this time.
After the 3-days your auto shipment will be processed. Payment will be automatically charged using the payment method securely stored in our payment processor’s vault. If a saved payment method is not available, a payment nvoice will be sent to you to complete the payment for the order.
Please note: PayPal Pay in 4 is available for one-time purchases only and cannot be used for repeat auto-orders or subscription shipments.
3: When will my auto order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24–48 hours once the payment is successfully processed. If your order is not shipped within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4: Can I change my auto delivery details online?
Yes, you can change any of your order, including the product or your delivery address at any time before it is shipped.
5: Can I cancel my auto delivery?
Yes, you can cancel your Auto Delivery any time. Kindly call or email our customer service to cancel your Auto Delivery.
