I had ordered two products for my pet from this site. Out of which, one of the products had a damaged packaging that came to me as a surprise as I was placing my first ever order. However, on placing a call to the customer executive I was informed that the product will be exchanged without any charges. Really liked the quick response they provided.

The products are really effective. I love to buy all my pet supplies from this site as the products are cheap and they ship for free.
