It is with a heavy heart I have to cancel my order from today. My little girl Sophie who had diabetes passed away early this morning. I would like to say thank you for your supply of pet food which has kept her alive longer than expected. She loved it. I would also like to say thank you for your wonderful speedy delivery service.

I had ordered two products for my pet from this site. Out of which, one of the products had a damaged packaging that came to me as a surprise as I was placing my first ever order. However, on placing a call to the customer executive I was informed that the product will be exchanged without any charges. Really liked the quick response they provided.
