Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Artero Nature Collection Smooth Metal Pin Brush is specially designed to brush the fine and long hair of dogs and cats without irritating their skin. Made with top-quality materials like a resistant bamboo handle and a flexible rubber pad, this grooming brush is ergonomic and durable. It includes stainless steel pins for greater durability. It has a double air-loss hole in the rubber pad to adapt its movement to the way we are brushing. Furthermore, the brush comes in recyclable cardboard packaging.

Grooming your pet regularly with the Artero pet grooming brush will help prevent the formation of hair knots. Frequent brushing also helps keep the skin and coat healthy and builds a great bond between the human and the pet.

Use as per the instructions given on the packaging.
Prepare the skin and fur for grooming by spraying a small amount of conditioner on the coat.
Brush the coat with short and small movements, from neck to tail in the direction in which fur grows.
If entanglements or knots are found in the dog’s fur, work on them individually with the brush.
Once the dog's back has been brushed from the neck to the tail, continue with the same method with the sides and stomach. Be sure to pause and untangle any tangles or mats with the polishing brush.
If there are hair tangles that the brush cannot remove with a soft pull, it will be advisable to cut them with a Matt Breaker.
Because the brush has metal spikes, use it with caution on the face. It can also be used on the long beard, and they can brush the tangles of it without fear of damaging the skin.
