Goods Returned to Sender

In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.

We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:

The product has been removed from its original packaging.
Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
The product contains food or medication.
The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.

Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How does it work?

Petosan Pet Toothpaste contains pyrophosphates that help control tartar by inhibiting the formation of dental calculus. This cat and dog toothpaste also includes hydrated silica, a mild abrasive used for grinding and polishing. It is found as crystals and is made of small and smooth particles, which are preferred to avoid tooth wear.

Note: Petosan Anti-tartar Toothpaste contains no animal products or animal by-products. The poultry flavour is artificial.

Step OneThe first video helps you prepare you and the dog for the process of establishing a quality dental regimen and handling the dog´s mouth.

Step TwoThe second video takes you through introduction of toothpaste and getting the dog used to your handling his mouth.

Step ThreeIn the third video the finger cloth is introduced.

Step FourFinally, its time to introduce the toothbrush and start brushing. Let brushing be daily fun time.

You should brush your pet’s teeth once a day.
Try to find a time of day that is convenient for you most days.
Establish a good dental routine to get your dog ready for the brushing procedure.
To begin, put some toothpaste on your finger and let the dog lick it off.
To help the dog become accustomed to having its mouth touched, slide the finger over its gums.
Put the oral cleaner over your finger, with the loop around your index finger.
Apply some toothpaste to it and slide it along the teeth.
Add toothpaste to the brush. Introduce the brush to the dog, allowing plenty of time for the dog to get used to the brush.
Start brushing a few teeth and expand the number of teeth brushed over the next few sessions.
Be patient, be generous with treats and appraisal, and you will find that the dog will start to love your dental sessions.
