Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Vetafarm Neocare is a premium hand rearing formula for baby birds to start from day one. The extrusion diet is a cooked formula for safety and increased digestibility. Neocare is rich in probiotics, which helps in promoting healthy gut flora and supports digestive system. The pre-digestive ingredients help increase gut efficiency and ensure maximum absorption of nutrients. It aids in the growing bones, organ function and strong feather development. Vetafarm Neocare is a complete diet for freshly emerged baby birds.
Recommended for:
All parrots as a complete hand rearing formula. Suitable for use from hatching through to weaning.
Neocare should not be used with any other food or supplement, unless advised by a vet.
Follow feeding guidelines for proper rearing of new chicks.
Starting your baby on Neocare or Hand Rearing Food:
Add 2 small level scoops (scoop enclosed in packet) of formula to a jar or cup, then add one large scoop and one small scoop of boiling water. Mix thoroughly using a fork for 30 seconds or until an even consistency is achieved (like gritty milk).
Check temperature and feed.
The above mix then needs to be gradually thickened over a 48 hour period, at which point the below regular mixing directions are to be used until the bird is weaned.
Mixing Regular Formula:
Add one large level scoop of formula to a jar or cup, then add one large scoop of boiling water. Mix thoroughly using a fork for 30 seconds until a thick and consistent paste is formed. Add a further 3 small scoops of cool water and mix for a further 2 minutes or until an even consistency is achieved.
Check temperature and feed.
Check feeding frequency and amount with your vet.
Fresh Formula:
Fresh batches of Neocare must be mixed each feed.
Note:
DO NOT store or refrigerate any pre-mixed formula for later use.
It is important that you DO NOT use a microwave to heat the formula.
