Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Septicide is an antiseptic cream for general use on horses, especially to prevent infection and assist wound healing. This cream contains insecticides to repel and eliminate flies and other insects to protect horses from suffering and further damage of the infected areas. The topical cream is easy to apply and prevents the development of infection and sepsis.
How does it work?
Septicide contains proflavin hemisulfate helps the wound to heal and prevents infection from establishing in the wound. The insecticide permethrin is one of the most effective insecticide available to kill insects landing on treated areas in order to protect the wound fromother insect related damage. Moreover, Septicide also contains Diethyltoluamide (DEFT) creates a shield of repellant vapor as it evaporates. This shield confuses insects in a way that they fail to locate the animal to land on. N Octyl Bicycloheptane Dicarboximide is also an ingredient that works along with DEFT to intensify its repellent properties. This unique formulation, along with healing wounds on horse also works great to prevent and kill fleas and other insects.

Septicide is a great repellent and antiseptic cream for horses. It assists in wound healing and protects treated areas from further damage.
Septicide is an awesome product, as stated it kills and repels flies instantly whilst aiding in the healing of wounds. It is easy to apply and doesn't have a strong odour like many medications which is great for my very sensitive horse, who reacts badly to strong odours.
I have been using this product on my horses haematoma that burst, it prevented an infection starting and is the best fly repellant I have ever used! I am currently using it to treat Queensland itch, just keeping the flys off is a benefit. The cream formular is great as my clydesdale does not like sprays of any sort. Definitely keep this product in your first aid box.
