Shipping Fee
A few products under the categories including 'Accessories', 'Coats & Clothing' and 'Bed' are shipped separately by our shipping partners.
Standard shipping charges based on the product weight and shipping location shall be applicable to these products.

Goods Returned to Sender
In cases where goods are returned to the sender, such as non-collection, incorrect address, refusal, or carrier error, no restocking fee will be applied. The shipping charges for your order will be refunded only if VetSupply or the carrier is responsible for non-delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping portion of your order is non-refundable.
We understand that returning a product can be frustrating, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from its original packaging.
- Labels or seals on the product have been tampered with or removed.
- The product has clear signs of use, damage, or is soiled.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrive damaged will be replaced at VetSupply's expense. We will uphold our warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet accessories that have been damaged by an animal unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. Such claims will be forwarded to the product manufacturer for investigation before accepting a return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in cases where VetSupply has agreed to cover return postage costs due to an error on our part. Please note that VetSupply assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the return transit.
Product refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Please get in touch with us promptly if you need to cancel an order, as orders cannot be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Vetsense VyLyte Concentrated Oral Rehydration Liquid for Livestock & Pets
Vetsense VyLyte Concentrated Oral Rehydration Liquid is an excellent non-antibiotic oral solution for replacing lost fluids and electrolytes. It also aids in the faster recovery from diarrhoea, scouring, weakness, dehydration, etc. The solution delivers essential nutrients like glucose, sodium chloride, glycine, etc. that help rehydrate the animal quickly. Vetsense VyLyte is suitable for piglets, pigs, calves, cattle, lambs, sheep, goats, horses, foals, dogs, and cats.
- Dilute Vetsense VyLyte Liquid with fresh, clean water, where the final volume is 12.5 times the quantity of concentrate.
- To make up 1L of ready-to-consume liquid, measure 80 mL of VyLyte and add water to make 1L.
- Dilute as per the dilution guide given below.
- Always ensure clean drinking water is available.
- Discard the daily solution and replace it with a fresh solution every day.
- Follow the dosage guidelines given below for cats, dogs, horses, foals, pigs, lambs, goats, and calves.

Foals & Horses Dosage Guide
- For dehydration, give 1-2L of fresh diluted VyLyte 2-3 times a day or as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
Pigs Dosage Guide
- Suckling Piglets: A litter of week-old piglets will consume roughly 2-3L/day. Check that diluted solution, drinking water or sow’s milk is always available. Check quantity of diluted solution every 12 hours and replenish as necessary.
- Piglets can be dosed directly using an appropriate applicator; 20-30mL diluted VyLyte solution, 3 or 4 times a day.
- Weaned Pigs: Limit feed intake for 1-2 days, continue supply of drinking water with weaners consuming 1-2L/day/animal as a guide.
- Treatment period (all pigs): Diluted VyLyte solution can be given for 4 days. If scouring persists, application is suitable for 8 days in total.
Calves Dosage Guide
- Bought-in Calves: At the first feed on arrival, feed 2L of diluted VyLyte solution instead of milk. At the next feed, give 1L of diluted VyLyte solution but do not mix with milk or milk replacer. Feed normal diet post application.
- Scouring Calves: 1L to 1.5L of diluted VyLyte solution per 10kg of bodyweight daily into two or more daily doses. Severe dehydration can happen if scouring is well established, increase diluted solution over 3 or 4 separate doses.
Lambs Dosage Guide
- Give 150mL-200mL of fresh diluted VyLyte solution, 2-4 times daily warming solution to body temperature and given through a feeding bottle with teat.
Ewes/Goats Dosage Guide
- Give 160mL undiluted VyLyte solution per animal using applicable drench gun.
- Repeat every 4-6 hours if required or as directed by a veterinary surgeon.
- Non-antibiotic oral rehydration solution
