Fido's Fre-Itch Rinse Concentrate is an advanced water based formulation for
treating fleas, ticks and lice on dogs, cats, rodents and ornamental cage birds.
This odour free solution kills fleas, lice and ticks including paralysis ticks and
repels them up to 3 days on dogs and cats. The natural pleasant smelling solution
is appropriate to use as rinse, dip, spray or in a hydrobath.
How does it work?
The natural pyrethrins in the concentrate, with no anticholinesterase activity,
directly act on insect’s internal system causing hyperexcitation, which is
then followed by convulsion and death. The other ingredient Piperonyl butoxide (which
is compounded with pyrethrns) has a minor repellent action and prevents fleas and
ticks from attacking pets. N-Octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide is an insecticide
synergist and it also has repellent properties to protect pets from insects.
